Welcome Mr Borg!

As we begin term 3, we welcome Charles Borg as relieving principal of Sir Joseph Banks High School.

Mr Borg started his career at Sarah Redfern High as an Economics and History teacher. From there, he taught at Sefton High then became the Head Teacher of Social Sciences at Bonnyrigg High. Mr Borg was appointed Deputy Principal at Bankstown Girls and has since moved to Fairfield High School as Principal.

What could be noted here is the reoccurring selection of schools located in South West Sydney. Mr Borg enjoys working in this region because of the diversity of the staff and students. Overall, what he loves about public education is seeing students learn, grow and becoming successful.

We know Mr Borg will absolutely love being at Joey Banks this year as much as we value having him at the school!
