The drop in room is a before school, recess and lunch space available for all students. It is part of our student services hub, The Junction.
The drop in room has been designed as a safe space for students who might feel uncomfortable or find it difficult in the playground at break times. It is a social space that allows students to connect with peers, the student support officer and other support staff in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment.
A range of games encourages students to interact and build positive relationships. Basic kitchen facilities enable students to eat during their breaks so that they can succeed in the classroom and have the energy to be at their best.
