Printing for Staff and Students - BYOD

• For Staff and students with their own devices and/or chromebooks follow this process to get access to printers

  • For Chromebooks, if you login with your school account you should have the followmeprint queue which you can print on. Press ctrl + P, then in the printer list click more, it should be the last printer on the list, it will have a Green Leaf icon on the right hand side. If you have any issues please come see IT.
  • For all other devices (Mac, Windows, iOS) please click this link, download and install the printer. It should, once again, be the followmeprint queue. You may need to log in with your school email and password to authenticate for the first time. If any issues, please see IT.

• Once installed all print jobs will need to be released from the printer.

  • Find any printer, log into it and release the job to print.
