Women in Leadership workshop

Year 9 girls were highly engaged in the first Women in Leadership workshop today. After a short presentation girls worked in small groups on a design project which they then presented to their peers.

The leadership program is part of Giants Care. The Giants see connecting with communities as their core business and is keen to support its community in ways that benefit all stakeholders. Education is a priority area.

Workshops will continue throughout the term. In addition to developing leadership skills through a variety of specially designed activities, our Year 9 girls will meet and hear from inspiring women, including successful Giants players, who will share their leadership stories.
