Pathways to success

Sir Joseph Banks High School has enjoyed a close relationship with Western Sydney University for many years. It is the university of choice for most of our students due to its location and the high quality of courses it offers.

As a school, we aim to establish authentic post school pathways to set our students up for success. To this end we organise university visits and guest speakers so that our students are able to make informed decisions about their future.

Today, Carol Richardson from WSU spoke to Year 12 about the pathways into WSU and the many opportunities available. She talked at length about the range of courses and the services the university provides as well as providing detailed information on scholarships, support structures and how to proceed after a gap year.
