Good afternoon.
It has come to my attention that some primary schools located in bushy areas have been closed tomorrow.
No schools in the Bankstown area have been closed.
In the unlikely instance that this does occur, I will inform all parents, students and staff ahead of time by email and a letter home the day prior.
Whilst it is forecast to be hot, we have air conditioning in all north facing classrooms and our new chilled water refilling stations and bubblers are already very popular. Any Sport/PE classes will be adjusted to account for the weather, however students should come with their sport gear as usual.
I expect that all students will be attending school as normal. Please be confident that we will inform you if anything does occur.
