Students and staff at Sir Joseph Banks High School come from many different cultural backgrounds. We are a proud example of contemporary multicultural Australia.
Our community Iftar provides us with the opportunity to celebrate by sharing a meal together in an inclusive environment, open to all. Thanks to the work of the P&C Association and some generous sponsors, this event is free of charge to enable all families to attend.
It is with great pleasure that we invite our community to join us for our annual community Iftar dinner on Wednesday 23 May 2018 between 4.45 and 7pm. This year's event will celebrate our recent amazing success while we acknowledge the month of Ramadan with our Joeys' family of all cultural backgrounds.
Each 'me' is proudly part of 'we' @ SJB. Together we celebrate. Together we think, respect and learn.
